You Shall Choose Life

The Ten Commandments as a Path to Wholeness

This space grew out of a book – written from illness, surrender, faith, and the long work of choosing life.

For centuries, the Ten Commandments have been framed as prohibitions –
rules to obey, lines not to cross.

This book approaches them differently.

What if they were never meant to restrict us,
but to protect something fragile?

What if they were not about moral perfection,
but about staying human?

What if they were guidance for living
without losing ourselves?

You Shall Choose Life re-reads the commandments as invitations:

- to surrender rather than control

- to forgive without erasing truth

- to honour without carrying what is not ours

- to trust that there is enough

- to live what we name

- to remember who we are before God

The book is currently making its way into the world and will be available soon.

Written from the intersection of illness, recovery, faith,
and long spiritual seeking, this book is both deeply personal
and quietly universal.

It is for those who sense that life must be more than endurance –
and who are willing to choose it anyway.

This book is the first in a trilogy exploring reorientation, fidelity, and belonging.
